Q. Why should I carry out a Planned and Preventative Maintenance Schedule on my commercial or block management property?

A. All buildings require regular maintenance to varying degrees, both to ensure it remains wind and watertight and in tenantable condition but also to comply with insurance requirements and legislation.  If one does not carry out regular maintenance it will fall in disrepair requiring far greater cost of works down the line and costing far more to maintain overall within the same time frame. A PPMS sets out clearly what works are required on which parts of the buildings and when to enable on to plan ahead and keep on top of a buildings maintenance and compliance issues.
